Shake it Out!

When we experience stress and/or trauma, our bodies shift into our survival response. We need to complete this stress cycle, but unfortunately a lot of the stress we encounter in our daily lives doesn't allow us to do this naturally. To complete the stress cycle, we need to let our bodies shake or vibrate.

That sounds way goofy right? Well, Peter Levine, Ph.D has dedicated much of his life to studying how effective this can be to recover from stress and trauma. Of course this isn't a magic fix that will solve all your problems, but it can help you to release some of your built up stress.
