A therapist to support your big emotions.

Hi, I’m Lesley Smith (they/them). I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, folks with anxiety, helpers, and neurodivergent folks. Together, we can figure out what is making life harder for you and strategies to ease the challenges, so you can live the life that you want to live.

At Mountain Path LLC, you can expect to find a safe place to feel your emotions and understand a little bit about how to get where you want to go.

Lesley Smith, AM, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon and I hold a Master’s of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), with a harm reduction lens, to help you find your most authentic self and reduce barriers that make your life hard. I don’t want to label any of your behaviors or thoughts as “good” or “bad” - I want to help you live the life you want to lead and give you some tools along the way. I do not believe we experience our lives in a vacuum and believe we need to understand the systems of oppression around us, as well as our supports to find the life we want to live. I aim to be creative in my approach, meaning that I want to adapt to whatever approach best fits your needs.
