2021

It's a new year. This may be arbitrary to you or it may be profound. It is important sometimes to take a moment to reflect on your experiences. A lot happens so quickly these days and the way that we are exposed to news is so different than it was 20, 30, 50, or 100 years ago. It can feel like we're just keeping up. And when we reach our goals, we move onto the next ones. So, I wanted to give you some questions to reflect on. You can journal about them or just spend some time pondering, if you feel called to. A note, this is inspired by a workshop I attended by Annie Schuessler.

- What are some things that you felt proud of over the last year?

- What are some mistakes you made last year? (Be gentle with yourself on this one - we are doing the best that we can in any given moment and we need to learn better to do better)

- Where did you notice you needed to set boundaries?

- What media, meals, or experiences were the most impactful for you? Why?

- What barriers did you notice for living an authentic life?

- Who were the people that showed up for you? And who did you show up for?

- What made you feel alive?

You can use this list to help you see what you are drawn to for the next year and what you want to step away from for now.

As always, take what is helpful and leave the rest. I hope you have the week you need.
