Somatic Practice for Challenging Times

There have been a lot of changes in the past couple weeks, which have resulted in a lot of uncertainty and overwhelm for many different folks. I wanted to offer this somatic practice, Letting It Be So by Kathy L. Kain, PhD, as a resource for building resiliency. This video offers a way to practice feeling the hardship of challenging situations and adding some ease.
